Biography

Having graduated with 1st class masters degree in chemical engineering I chose to remain at the University of Leeds to pursue a PhD where I have interacted regularly with my sponsor, Sellafield Ltd., to enable development and deployment of an acoustic backscatter array to measure particle concentration in a sludge system currently undergoing retrieval with a view to optimize other waste transport processes on-site. Throughout, I have developed my analytical, problem solving and design of experiment skills to more efficiently hit academic and industry research targets within the demanded timescales and currently looking to secure a role in industry following the conclusion of my PhD.
