Biography

Ms. Chao has over 25 years of experience in engineering and design, and project and program management. Since March 2003, she has worked for Office of Science, Office of Project Assessment. Prior to working for SC, Kin Chao worked for Legin Group. At Legin, she provided civil and project management services to Federal and commercial clients. Ms. Chao also worked for DOE Office of Environmental Management as a HQ Program Manager. Ms. Chao has a B.S. and M.S. degree in Civil Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park and from UCLA respectively. Ms. Chao is a registered Professional Engineer, a Certified Cost Professional, and a certified Project.
