Biography

Over thirty years of environmental communication and public relations experience on diverse projects. He has provided consulting services to Federal and State government agencies and to private industry. He has implemented comprehensive public relations strategies in support of environmentally sensitive facilities and waste sites in varied geographic and socioeconomic settings, including communities with environmental justice considerations. Mr. Kollar has developed expertise in targeting and working with a range of demographic and interest groups, and has also coordinated the activities of a team of community relations specialists. In addition, Mr. Kollar has significant experience in marketing, corporate communications, and graphic development.
