Biography

Michelle Barker is a HTRW Regional Technical Specialist for the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Buffalo District. She is responsible for technical oversight of Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP)and Defense Environmental Restoration for Formerly Used Defense Sites (DERP-FUDS)projects. Mrs. Barker is the regional point of contact for the evaluation and capturing of lessons learned from innovative technologies. Mrs. Barker received a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s of Engineering Degree in Environmental Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Mrs. Barker is a Gallup ® certified Strengths Coach.
