Biography

Jeffrey S. Hall, PE, PMP has over 21 years of diverse environmental engineering experience, specializing in soil and groundwater site investigation and remediation following CERCLA, RCRA, and various state spill program regulations and guidance. Jeff currently is the Chief of the Environmental Engineering Section at the US Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District. In addition to supporting the FUSRAP and DERP-FUDS missions, Mr. Hall and the Environmental Engineering Section performs due diligence assessments for civil works projects within the District and Division; remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remedial actions for USEPA Superfund, and CERCLA five year reviews for Army Environmental Command.
