Biography

Monique has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University. She has over 30 years of experience in RCRA/CERCLA remediation at DoD and DOE facilities. Most recently, Monique has been involved with the design and operation of thermally enhanced soil vapor extraction of VOCs in the vadose zone, overseeing coal combustion residual excavation and disposal projects, analysis of groundwater data and implementation of permeable reactive barrier design/construction, and in-situ decommissioning of reactor buildings.
