Biography

Mark Day is a senior engineering/office manager for AECOM. He has 44 years of experience planning, designing, and managing environmental construction projects. Previously, he worked for the Utah Department of Environmental Quality managing remedial action clean-up of all major Superfund and Uranium Tailings projects in Utah. He has worked with state and federal agencies to create successful agreements and projects. He worked as a Civil Engineering Officer in the Air National Guard where he led Air Force Base environmental remedial action projects. His specialties include all aspects of disposal site design, value engineering, constructability reviews, bidability reviews, and construction contracting.
