Biography
Since 1974, Frank has developed repository science and engineering through original research in rock mechanics, seal systems, materials, design, and analysis. He recently retired as a Senior Scientist at Sandia National Laboratories. He is a registered professional engineer and a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers.
