Biography

Julia Flaherty is an atmospheric engineer with experience in measurements within the atmospheric boundary layer. She has contributed to several major urban field campaigns to measure dispersion through the urban environment and analyzed boundary layer meteorological measurements in support of wind energy. In addition, Julia has performed stack qualification testing to evaluate compliance with ANSI/HPS N13.1-1999, and performed dispersion modeling to support Hanford tank vapor concerns.
