Biography

Todd Phillips is UCOR’s General Plant and Capital Projects/ECF Programs Manager, responsible for the design and construction of the multimillion-dollar K-25 History Center, Equipment Building and Viewing Tower. He is also responsible for overseeing deactivation and demolition activities at the Y-12 Biology Complex. Todd has 19 years of experience in design, construction management, and project management. He previously served as Deputy D&D Manager at ETTP, where he managed the deactivation and demolition of the K-31 and K-27 Buildings. Todd has bachelor and master of science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
