Biography

Prior to joining the Crosswind Media team, Jonathan Taylor was Executive Director under Governor Rick Perry for the state’s Economic Development and Tourism divisions. Jonathan oversaw The Texas Enterprise Fund, as well as several other statewide investment and loan programs. In this role, he also led the development of the strategic investment plan and managed the State’s investment in 133 portfolio companies and 22 large scale research projects. He reported results directly to the Texas Legislature and advised the Governor, Lt. Governor, and Speaker of the House on investment decisions of taxpayer funds.
