Biography

Sean Todd founded Fox Potomac Resources in 2002. Under Sean’s leadership FPR has developed and executed strategy on behalf of clients to help secure multi-billion dollar Federal contracts and grants, shape regulations, and influence legislative and policy outcomes. Previously, Sean worked for three years as a lobbyist for International Technology Corporation; wrote speeches for the U.S. Secretary of Energy and worked for then-Congressman Tim Johnson (D-SD) in the U.S. House of Representatives. He has a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown and an M.S. from the University of Maryland-College Park.
