Biography

Kliss McNeel, a Fluor Executive Project Director, has 30 years’ experience in environment, safety and health (ESH), quality assurance, organizational change, and project management at nuclear facilities. Most recently, as ESH & Security Senior Director, she managed industrial safety and hygiene, safeguards and security, radiological protection, emergency management, environmental compliance, and the ISMS for the Idaho Cleanup Project Core Contract. Kliss has a BS degree in Public Health from Utah State University and a master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Idaho, and won the 2020 ANS Gail de Planque Medal for “inspirational vision and outstanding leadership.”
