Joe Aylor is the Director of Critical Projects for UCOR. In this role, Joe has oversight of the Outfall 200 Mercury Treatment Facility, the new Environmental Management Disposal Facility, construction management support, and strategic partnership projects. Prior to this role, he served as Deputy Chief Operating Officer. Under the previous contract, Joe served as UCOR's Chief of Staff. In addition, Joe led business development efforts for the UCOR team as part of the Oak Ridge Reservation Cleanup Contract proposal, resulting in an award for the $8.3 billion, 15-year contract. He brings 20+ years of project and executive management experience across the environmental management, engineering, procurement, construction, and project management industries.
