Biography

Kevin Foye is a Senior Engineer for CTI and Associates, Inc. and is the practice lead for the geotechnical engineering group. Dr. Foye earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Civil Engineering performing research into probabilistic design at Purdue University and earned his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. He has 19 years of experience in geotechnical, geoenvironmental, and geosynthetics engineering consulting. Dr. Foye is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers’ Geoenvrionmental technical committee and has published more than 30 papers on the subjects of landfill and final cover design and probabilistic geotechnical analysis.
