Biography

Norbert S. Doyle is Deputy Assistant Secretary, Acquisition and Project Management, for the Office of Environmental Management, Department of Energy, in Washington, D.C. He also serves as the Head of Contracting Activity and was selected for this position in April 2018. “Norb” is responsible for project management oversight as well as the contract award and administration processes for all EM contracts. He joined the DOE in 2015 and retired from the U. S Army as a Colonel in 2008. Norb is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, University of Florida, and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces.
