Biography

Mayor Rick Osbon has served the City of Aiken for four years. Under his leadership Aiken was recognized as “the Best Small Town in the South” by Southern Living Magazine. He is a lifetime resident and third generation family business owner in Aiken, running Osbon’s Dry Cleaners, started by his father and grandfather in 1948. Rick served on the Aiken County Council from 1996 until 2004, serving four of his eight years as Vice Chairman. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Mayor Osbon and his wife Angie have been married for 26 years and have 3 children.
