Biography

Taja has broad experience in all aspects of Data Intelligence, including analytics, insight generation, data science, evidence based strategy development, budget planning and forecasting roles. This has been gained from roles across UK Government, industry consultancies and startups over the past 20 years. Taja has extensive, hands-on expertise of analytics and data science techniques, data mining and best practices to deliver strategic advice in order to drive business improvements in line with data security, compliance, and governance practices aligning it with business objectives, decision making and future growth plans. In addition, Taja brings a deep understanding of digital data and analytics infrastructure transformation for optimal performance. Along with extensive knowledge of data architecture, infrastructure management and development of scalable and robust analytics solutions, she is able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders by communicating technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
