Biography

Dr. Shane Sizemore has 3 years of relevant experience in personnel selection and assessment. As a graduate student at Central Michigan University, Dr. Sizemore researched individual differences, focusing on personality and the Five Factor Model. Concurrently, Dr. Sizemore conducted several consulting projects in the private sector. These projects include identifying factors that contribute to student attraction and retainment, job analyses to develop competency models for a logistics company, evaluating competency performance for an assessment center, develop cognitive and non-cognitive—including nonverbal—tests for a firm specializing in selection, and developing a certification test. Through these experiences, Dr. Sizemore has developed skills in experimental design, interviewing, surveys, test development and validation, hierarchical regression, factor analysis, structural equation modeling.
