David Huang, MD, PhD is a professor of ophthalmology and biomedical engineering at OHSU Casey Eye Institute. He is well known as a co-inventor of optical coherence tomography (OCT). He has pioneered several applications of OCT to glaucoma, such as macular imaging and OCT angiography. He was the principal investigator of the Advanced Imaging for Glaucoma Bioengineering Partnership, which included a ten-year longitudinal clinical study.
