Biography

Leah Greene is a Clinical Systems Epidemiologist at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and a doctoral student at Northeastern University. She started her professional journey at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY as a clinical research coordinator for the kidney cancer research team. Within one year, she was promoted to a clinical research associate on the same team. After 2.5 years, she moved to Boston, MA to become a Clinical Systems Epidemiologist for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health where she supports the programmatic evaluation of cardiovascular disease interventions in Massachusetts. Upon her move to Boston, MA, she also became a doctoral student at Northeastern University in the Population Health program. Her research interests include health economics and policy and their effect on chronic health outcomes among middle-class adults. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Geneseo and her Master of Public Health from New York Medical College.
