Dr. Carolina C. Valente is an Ophthalmology resident at Instituto Suel Abujamra, located in the city of São Paulo. She has showed early interest in ocular oncology through exposure to rare but impactful eye tumors during clinical rotations in reference centers such as Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, lectures and research projects.
