Mr. Oliveira is based in Phoenix, AZ, and supports clients in driving results, primarily through strategies leveraging innovative technology. Mr Oliveira has worked extensively with large global Mining companies in defining new technologies to monitor and manage the risk associated with Tailings Dams, as well as strategies to drive Innovation, Risk Management and Site Closure Besides Mining clients, Mr Oliveira has advised leading companies across multiple industries such as Honeywell, BASF, Cummins, Bunge, ArcelorMittal, Embraer, Itau Bank, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Volkswagen, and EDP. He has extensive management experience with leading global companies and top strategy consulting firms with a focus on disruptive business models, bringing new offerings to the market, delivering sustainable performance improvement and advising on M&A transactions and partnerships. He has worked extensively in digital transformation topics such as Big Data, Analytics, IoT, AI, Blockchain, and Electrification. His focus is on identifying core and non core growth opportunities in uncharted and ambiguous spaces where the firm's unique capabilities, combined with leading edge technology, can create competitive advantage and driving execution to turn that vision into a stream of profits With a collaborative, cross functional approach, he works to build winning innovative solutions and has a track record of incubating initiatives to commercialization stage and delivering breakthrough incremental revenues. Before joining Stratalis, Mr Oliveira ran Strategy, Innovation and Marketing for Honeywell Aerospace, a $12 B business. Previously, Mr Oliveira led global business transformation programs and M&A execution at BASF Before that, Mr Oliveira led multiple Strategy Innovation initiatives at Cummins, partnering with C-level executives to drive growth through technology partnerships, new product development, and improved distribution channels, while preparing the organization for disruptive trends such as Electrification and Connectivity. Mr.Oliveira holds an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles and a BS Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Aeronautica.
