Biography

Akram Siddique (iamakram@stu.hit.edu.cn) is a doctoral candidate in Public Administration at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), China. His research focuses on public administration, with a particular emphasis on organizational behavior, workplace dynamics, and the impact of emerging technologies on public-sector institutions. He is also interested in behavioral public administration, organizational psychology, policy implementation, public service motivation, work stress, occupational health and safety, team effectiveness, and governance structures that enhance employee engagement and institutional performance. His work explores how these factors influence organizational outcomes and employee well-being. As a PhD candidate, he is dedicated to advancing knowledge in these areas and contributing to the field of public administration through rigorous research and analysis.
