Alero Winifred Eromon is a Doctoral Researcher in Business Administration at De Montfort University, Faculty of Business and Law. Her research examines how Customer-Focused Continuous Improvement functions as a strategic capability within UK mid-scale hotels, integrating the Resource-Based View with service quality and experiential frameworks. Her work explores the intersection of organisational improvement routines, service delivery, and multidimensional guest experience within hospitality service ecosystems. Beyond academia, Alero has professional experience in business operations, financial management, and service leadership, with a particular interest in translating research into practical organisational impact. Her broader research interests include strategic capability development, continuous improvement, service innovation, and hospitality experience management.
