Biography

Cody Flynn is a Computer Science degree holder from the University of Florida. His work experience includes backend development at Lutron Electronics, and instructing several programming classes at the University of Florida. For UF IPPD, Cody joined Tactica in pursuit of creating explainable tactical decision making through reinforcement learning. This project evolved into the paper that Cody is co-authoring for I/ITSEC.
