Biography

Douglas is a Senior Managing Consultant at Ramboll with over 30 years of experience managing complex geologic, sediment and vapor intrusion investigations throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. He has directed the design and implementation of multiple remedial actions including; phytoremediation, in-situ thermal, in-situ chemical, permeable reactive barriers, vapor mitigation and groundwater extraction and treatment. Douglas is a licensed professional geologist in seven states and has participated as a co-author on several Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC) guidance documents, and served as an ITRC trainer through USEPA CLU-IN. Douglas is also a member of the board of the International Phytotechnology Society.
