Mr. Kakarla is President and Technical Director of ISOTEC and is a recognized expert in the field of in-situ chemical oxidation and reduction with over 30 years of experience. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology and a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Washington State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in the State of New Jersey.
