Biography

Song Jin is a Principal Scientist at Advanced Environmental Technologies, LLC (Fort Collins, CO) and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Wyoming. Song has 25+ years of experience in innovation and implementation of remedial technologies. He is a pioneer and leading practitioner in the niche of bioelectrochemical redox techniques (E-Redox®) for in situ remediation of contaminants, especially in tight formations such as clay and bedrock fractures. He led the implementation of E-Redox® technology at 70+ field sites. Song received his Ph.D. from University of Wyoming in1997. He has published 100+ papers in peer-review journals, 4 book chapters, and 150+ papers in technical conferences. He also holds 40+ US and international patents.
