Biography
Andrew Safulko is the National Technology and Innovation Leader for Brown and Caldwell’s Site Investigation, Remediation, and Solid Waste Practice. He holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the Colorado School of Mines. Andrew supports private and municipal clients in developing tailored PFAS solutions, including site characterization, source identification investigations, treatment, and forensic evaluations. He also co-leads the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council (ITRC) PFAS Treatment Team, which develops technical and regulatory guidance for PFAS treatment.
