Biography
BAS Stanford University. PBK TBP MEng Geotechnical UC Berkeley Mr. Hartley has worked on hundreds of projects for Woodward-Clyde, CH2M HILL and now JACOBS, in 30 states and on 4 continents. He piloted the first application of Bedrock Vapor Extraction at the Santa Susana Field Lab in 2014 and is overseeing the current application of it in an extended pilot test.
