University of Michigan
I received my PhD in Population Health Sciences from the University of Michigan and my Master's in Public Health from Michigan State University. I am a current post-doctoral research fellow at the Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan. My research focuses on improving vision care for underserved populations and communities. My research aims to address health disparities in vision care that disproportionally burden specific populations and communities such as racial and ethnic minority groups, women, and individuals from lower socioeconomic status. My research has implications for impacting the individual level through precision medicine and at a population health level through public health initiatives.
