Biography

Akanksha is a PhD Research Scholar in the Department of Management Studies (DoMS) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras. Specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior, her research focuses on the nuanced dynamics of employee silence. While silence is traditionally viewed as a barrier to communication, Akanksha’s work explores the positive dimensions and outcomes of silence in the workplace.
