Aurymar Roman is a dynamic history teacher with unique perspectives on historical events and cultures. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, her educational journey began with a bachelor's degree in film production from Sacred Heart University. While her formal training was in filmmaking, her true passion lay in exploring the intricacies of history and understanding different cultures. Upon graduation, Aurymar embarked on a teaching career, where she found her calling as a history educator at Jose Severo Quiñones Bilingual School. Drawing from her diverse background and experiences, including a transformative period as an Erasmus student, Aurymar brings her classroom a rich tapestry of perspectives. Her time abroad broadened her understanding of global history and instilled a deep appreciation for diversity and inclusivity.
