Biography

Sarah Habib ’07 has worked with tens of thousands of students through her work as CEO at The Calm Caterpillar, and founder of non-profit organization, Mission2Move. Sarah is passionate about social-emotional learning and has developed a set of tools and curriculum for Pre-K through 4th grade students that is currently implemented in over 40 schools. Her program, which teaches mindfulness and emotional regulation, has positively impacted countless children and families. At Mission2Move, Sarah focuses on empowering students to combat chronic stress through movement and meditation. She has a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Tufts University.
