Biography

Teresa has a MA in second language acquisition. She is a fluent Mandarin speaker. She has worked as a facilitator for Project Avanzando and is coordinating the Learn With Your Child Parent program. She is coordinating Refugee learning for parents and their children. She has taught the RULE of 3 in Mandarin to Kindergarten children as part of a world language program in Moreno Valley where students learned with the RUL of 3 methodology in English Spanish and Mandarin,
