Biography

Maggy Paramore was born and raised in Mexico. At 26, she moved to the United States where she began to learn English. Her career in education started as a high school tutor. The experience made her want to become a teacher. She worked as a bilingual teacher for 14 years in multiple grade levels from Pre-K to HS. In 2020 she completed her Master's Degree. After that, she became the Bilingual and ESL Director at Hempstead ISD. In 2022 she began her doctoral program in Bilingual/ESL Education at Texas A&M University.
