Biography

I am a professional educator, having worked as a bilingual and bilingual special education teacher, bilingual/ESL director, higher education faculty developing and teaching courses and programs in ESL, bilingual education, and diversity and inclusion, as well as developing and being responsible for program evaluations. My research focus is on equity in education, especially bilingual education. I am currently a private educational consultant, providing continuing education and consultations to educators around the globe.
