Dynamic professional with proven ability to achieve top academic performance through student-centered instruction and research-based curriculum design and implementation, Dr. Leeper has thrived as the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching & Learning in Richardson ISD for the past six years. She is passionately focused on developing staff leadership and student growth while inspiring collaboration and innovation throughout ALL schools for ALL students. Dr. Leeper has been an educator for 24 years, including service as a classroom science teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, Executive Director and Assistant Superintendent. She holds a bachelor's degree in Biology and Microbiology from the University of Georgia, where she was also a four year captain on the UGA Women’s soccer team, a master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of North Texas, and a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Lamar University.
