Towson University
I have been an educator for 40 years, serving as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, staff developer, and university instructor. I am now serving as the Multilingual Learner Curriculum Specialist at Towson University in Maryland. In this role, I am creating a hub of open-access resources for teachers and families of multilingual learners to support an asset-based approach toward our multilingual learners and families. I am collaborating with and learning from pk-12 educators, university professors, and national experts in the field of multilingual education in order to bring the best resources for professional growth and practical support to those working with our fastest growing population in the United States, our multilingual learners.
