Biography

Lisa Wellborn is a learning consultant with over thirty-five years of experience in education. Throughout her career, she served as the elementary social studies coordinator for Plano Independent School District in Plano, Texas, where she wrote curriculum and provided ongoing professional learning for K-5 teachers through coaching, mentoring, and modeling instructional best practices. Lisa also served as an instructional specialist at the district level, gifted specialist for 17 years, and elementary classroom teacher. She has presented on a variety of topics at the campus, district, state, and national levels. Currently, Lisa is the Texas consultant for s3strategies.
