Biography

Lori Leibowitz, serving as the district administrator for Gifted and Talented programs in Norwalk, Connecticut, combines her knowledge of best practices in identifying gifted students, especially from underserved populations, with a passion for talent development and curriculum development. Lori was awarded the Gifted Coordinator Award in 2020 by the National Association of Gifted Children (NAGC) and most recently received her Ed.D. from Baylor University’s School of Education (Learning and Organizational Change program) in May 2023.
