Biography

I am Mrs. Elizabeth Oyola. I was born and raised in Mexico. I am a bilingual kindergarten teacher at Dallas ISD. I have been in the field of education for 15 years working in the classroom as a 1st grade and kindergarten Bilingual teacher. During this time, I have been recognized as Exemplary Teacher in my previews district and currently as a Distinguish Teacher for Dallas ISD. My dedication, motivation and creativity attract the attention from other educators across campus, district, as well as educators from other districts who want to learn about my practices. I focus on reading and writing because I feel it is the essential foundation skill that students need to have in order to have a successful academic pathway. My goal is to make a positive impact in each one of my student’s lives, making the independence and ownership visible in the students learning process.
