Biography

Gloria Prieto-Puentes currently serves as a 2nd Grade Dual Language teacher at Lakewood Elementary in Dallas ISD. Gloria earned her M. Ed. In English Philology from the Universitat de Barcelona and received her M. Ed. In Bilingual Education from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She is a college professor and a published author. She works closely with the Texas Education Agency to provide review to new Bilingual textbooks. Gloria is committed to providing her students with the best technology experiences, so she joined IMPACT and Apple Ambassadors programs to achieve her goals. She also works closely with Gifted and Talented students at her school.
