Biography

Jennifer Goodlow is an English Language Development Partner for Tulsa Public Schools. As an educator, she has dedicated over 15 years to supporting diverse learners as they grow and learn socially and academically. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and a Master’s of Education in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction from Oklahoma State University. Jennifer frequently collaborates with stakeholders across the district to ensure successful learning outcomes for multilingual learners.
