Biography

Dr. Staudt serves as District World Language g K-12 for Chesterfield County Public Schools, Virginia. Chesterfield County Public school is one of the largest districts in Virginia with 65 schools and approximately 65.000 students. She is leading K-12 World Language programs such as Elementary Dual Immersion, Foreign Language as a Resource Class (FLES), and Secondary Immersion IB, Dual Enrollment, and Advanced College Placement ( AP) world language programs in Chinese Mandarin, Japanese, American Sign Language, Latin, French, Spanish, and German. She participated in the 2018 Stanford School Retool cohort and is a fellow of the Harvard Think Tank in Global Education, led by Dr. Fernando Reimers, Unesco High Council member for the Future of Education and Professor for International Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Dr. Staudt serves as President-Elect for VADLEN, the Virginia Dual Language Education Network, and serves on the Global Virginia Executive Board.
