Biography

Scott has worked in K-12 education for 30 years and in higher education for 20 years. He has taught at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Scott is the Academic Program Director of National University’s Master of Science in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology (MSLEDET).  He is a Google Certified Innovator who has earned the Time Warner National Teacher and the Classroom of the Future Foundation’s Innovative Educator Awards. He received his M.A. in Educational Technology from SDSU and a doctorate in education from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
