Roberta Gonzalez is a Coordinator with the Los Angeles County Office of Education’s Multilingual Academic Support (MAS) Unit. At LACOE, she supports local school districts with dual language programming and world language instruction. Prior to joining the MAS Unit, Ms. Gonzalez was the Director of Early Learning in the El Rancho Unified School District. In her capacity as a member of the administrative cabinet in ERUSD, Roberta spearheaded the implementation of curricular reforms to improve program quality within the district’s Early Learning Program, and crafted a multi-year district plan to promote and invest in instructional supports for multilingual learners. Ms. Gonzalez holds a BA in Political Science from Stanford University and an EdM in Educational Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard University.
