Dr. Luis A. Rosado is a professor of bilingual education at the University of Texas at Arlington. He has over 35 years of teaching experience in elementary, secondary education, and in higher education. He has taught in Massachusetts, Puerto Rico, and Texas. He has published in the areas of multicultural education, teacher education, and Spanish for bilingual education. His specialization are is the preparation and certification of elementary education teacher candidates. Among his best known publications in teacher certification are: Morris & Rosado (2024) Desarrollo del español para maestros en programas de educación bilingüe en los Estados Unidos, TExES 391 core subjects EC-6 TExES (2023), and Bilingual education supplemental (2018).
