Dr. Fan is the Academician of the Academia Ophthalmologica Internationalis and Chinese Academy of Engineering, Chair of the State Key Laboratory of Eye Health in China, Chairman of the Ocular Oncology Committee of the China Anti-Cancer Association, Dean of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, and Director of the Department of Ophthalmology at Shanghai Ninth People’s Hospital, representing the highest level of expertise in ocular oncology in China.
